Pint of Heavy Cream
1/4 cup butter
5 Italian Cheese Blend-1 package
Bag of Rigatoni Pasta
Can of Condensed Tomato Soup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350* and boil 3/4 of the bag of rigatoni- add salt to the boiling water. Boil until noodles are aldente. Drain noodles & put them in a glass baking dish. In a saucepan on medium, add 1/4 cup of butter & the pint of heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add half the bag of 5 Italian cheese blend and stir until thickened to alfredo sauce consistency. Pour sauce over noodles. Mix in cheese & put cheese as top layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Then broil the top layer to golden brown! Serve with garlic bread and a Caesar salad.
